BUFFALO, N.Y. (WKBW) — Buffalo police are investigating a deadly shooting at a convenience store Tuesday afternoon.
Police say the shooting happened at a store located in the 100 block of Doat Street around 2 p.m.
According to police, a 35-year-old Buffalo man died at the scene. Police identified the victim, Tony Rookard of Buffalo, Wednesday.
