BUFFALO, N.Y. (WKBW) — Buffalo police say the have arrested two people in connection with an apparent arson on the city's west side early Wednesday morning.

Two women, 28-year-old Ayesha Patterson and 41-year-old Latoya Austin, were arrested after investigators say they threw a Molotov cocktail into the home located at 171 Breckenridge Street.
Police say this happened around 5:30 a.m. Wednesday after some sort of domestic incident with the man who lived in the home.
The two women faces arson, criminal mischief and multiple reckless endangerment charges.
Six people including two children made it out safe and are being assisted by the Red Cross.
Three people were transported to Oishei Children's Hospital for treatment and a Buffalo police officer was transported to ECMC for smoke inhalation.
