JAMESTOWN, N.Y. (WKBW) — Jamestown police say a person was stabbed during a fight early Saturday morning.
The incident occurred just before 3 a.m. on the 300 block of Newland Avenue, the person was stabbed and transported to UPMC Hamot in Erie, Pennsylvania. Police report the victim is stable as of Saturday afternoon.
A search for the suspect is ongoing, but police say this was not a random incident and it was targeted.
The incident was captured on nearby video.
