PERRY, N.Y. (WKBW) — A 43-year-old man is accused of sexually abusing a 10-year-old victim while they slept at his residence.
Police have arrested and charged Robert Hopkins with sexual abuse and endangering the welfare of a child.
Hopkins was arraigned in Warsaw Town Court. He was also arraigned on additional charges regarding another similar case, according to police.
The Perry resident is due back in June.
