PERRY, N.Y. (WKBW) — A Perry man has been arrested on charges of rape in the first degree and obstruction of breathing.
Authorities say 23-year-old Grayson Finnin allegedly raped a woman at his home in Perry early Wednesday morning.
Finnin was remanded to Wyoming County Jail and is being held on $10,000 bond.
He is expected to reappear in Town of Warsaw Court on October 1st.
