DEPEW, N.Y. (WKBW) — Penora's Pizza in Depew has announced that it will close after nearly 50 years in business.
"Business went down a little bit," said Joe DePronio, an employee of Penora's.
He said one of the original owners passed away a few months ago, leaving the daughter, Lori, to run the entire business.
"Lori's been doing this since she was probably 14, and she's just at the point where maybe it's time for her to retire," said DePronio. "I think we're gonna miss, obviously the customers, it's been great to have loyal customers for 48 years."
