TOWN OF ELLERY, N.Y. (WKBW) — New York State Police say a Pennsylvania man is dead following a crash in the Town of Ellery Saturday.
Troopers say 50-year-old Victor M. Luce Jr. of Reading, PA was traveling westbound on County Route 66 and failed to stop at the stop sign at the intersection of County Route 380.
His vehicle was struck by an International Dump traveling northbound on CR380.
Luce Jr. was pronounced deceased at the scene by the Chautauqua County Coroner.
