BUFFALO, N.Y. (WKBW) — Emergency crews were called to the scene of a partial roof collapse at Half & Half Boutique on Elmwood Avenue Tuesday afternoon.

Elmwood Avenue was closed between Forest and Bird Avenue as a result of the partial roof collapse. It has since reopened.
It's not clear if anyone is in the building at the time of the roof collapse.
