BUFFALO, N.Y. (WKBW) — A parolee from Buffalo has been charged with sexually abusing a child, by Erie County District Attorney John Flynn.
Authorities say 39-year-old Richard Tyes made sexual advances toward a victim under the age of 13, and is accused of showing them sexually explicit pictures and videos on a phone earlier in January.
Tyes is expected to appear in court at 9:30, Wednesday morning, and is held on $50,000 bond.
Tyes pleaded guilty to first degree manslaughter in the shooting of Robert Tatu in May 2001.
