BUFFALO, N.Y. (WKBW) — A New York State parole officer pleaded guilty Tuesday to forcible touching.
54-year-old Andrew Amato of West Falls admits he intentionally and forcible touched a woman in a sexual manner inside a hotel room in Cheektowaga. The crime happened in November 2014.
Amato faces up to one year in prison. He will be sentenced Tuesday, April 7.
