BUFFALO, N.Y. (WKBW) — Bills superfan Pancho Billa was on the phone with Buffalo Bills GM Brandon Beane and the team's rep at the draft to call in the team's first round pick. Pancho Billa is in the hospital battling cancer.
The Bills tweeted this video of Beane on the phone with Pancho, whose real name is Ezra Castro. In the video, Beane asks Pancho what he thinks of defensive tackle Ed Oliver, to which Pancho replies, "I love it!" Beane then connects Pancho with the team rep in Nashville, and Pancho is the person to tell the rep who the Bills pick.

Pancho Billa was supposed to be in Nashville to help the Bills announce the pick, but had to cancel his trip because of his health. You can read more about Pancho's health battle here.
