BUFFALO, N.Y. (WKBW) — Bills superfan Pancho Billa was on the phone with Buffalo Bills GM Brandon Beane and the team's rep at the draft to call in the team's first round pick. Pancho Billa is in the hospital battling cancer.

The Bills tweeted this video of Beane on the phone with Pancho, whose real name is Ezra Castro. In the video, Beane asks Pancho what he thinks of defensive tackle Ed Oliver, to which Pancho replies, "I love it!" Beane then connects Pancho with the team rep in Nashville, and Pancho is the person to tell the rep who the Bills pick.

After announcing who the team would pick, Pancho gets on the phone with Bills owner Terry Pegula, who tells the superfan the team loves him, and that they're praying for him in Buffalo. Pancho tells Pegula he'll, "keep fighting like the Buffalo Bills" as he battles cancer.

Pancho Billa was supposed to be in Nashville to help the Bills announce the pick, but had to cancel his trip because of his health. You can read more about Pancho's health battle here.
