FILLMORE, N.Y. (WKBW) — Two Fillmore men have been charged with endangering the welfare of a child after police say they were caught making marijuana brownies.
On April 8th, New York State Police were called to a home on West Main Street in Fillmore to investigate a report of adults baking pot brownies in the presence of two children. Troopers say that when they arrived at the residence, they saw a dinner plate of marijuana within a few feet of the children.
Brent A. Makowski, 25, and Jacob W. Pomeroy, 23, were both charged with endangering the welfare of a child. Makowski is also facing an unlawful possession of marijuana charge.
