MACHIAS, N.Y. (WKBW) — New York State Police troopers say they've arrested an Orleans County man who drove a dump truck at four times the legal limit.
Authorities say 41-year-old Stephen Tagg of Medina had a blood alcohol limit of .31% while operating a 10-wheel dump truck on Martin Road in Machias.
Tagg was unable to perform a sobriety test and was taken to state police in Machias.
He is expected to appear in Town of Machias Court later this month.
