EAST AURORA, N.Y. (WKBW) — Sahlen's Packing Company is sponsoring construction of a custom motorcycle by celebrity designers Orange County Chopper to help raise money for a permanent veterans memorial in East Aurora’s Knox Farm State Park.

The OCC team will design and build a bike that will be raffled off to help fund the wall. It will also be featured on a February 2019 episode of the show on the Discovery Channel. The Orange County Chopper team has already started to build the bike. It's expected to be completed by late January. The bike will be unveiled in East Aurora.

The Vietnam Veterans Wall will contain all 58,317 names engraved on the wall in Washington, D.C..

The project will cost approximately $475,000 plus installation and site design, all of which will be privately funded.
