BUFFALO, N.Y. (WKBW) — One man is in custody after a stabbing on Main and Court Street.
BPD is on scene at Main and Court street where an individual was stabbed. NFTA officers were able to locate the suspect and he is currently in custody. The victim is enroute to ECMC.

Buffalo Police say the stabbing happened Wednesday afternoon around 12:15. Police and NFTA authorities were able to find and arrest the suspect, 51-year-old Carmelo Gugino, of Buffalo.
Both the victim and suspect know each other. Police say the victim, a 37-year-old man, was taken to ECMC.
The wounds are considered to be non-life threatening, according to authorities.
Gugino was charged with assault, criminal possession of a weapon and criminal possession of a controlled substance.
