TOWN OF WHEATFIELD, N.Y. (WKBW) — The Niagara County Sheriff’s Office reports a man has died after a single-vehicle crash in the Town of Wheatfield.
Investigators say a vehicle struck a tree in the 2900 block of Lockport Road around 4:30 p.m. Thursday. The vehicle was traveling westbound and left the roadway on the north side before hitting the tree.
Officials say the driver died at the scene.
The crash remains under investigation.
