BUFFALO, N.Y. (WKBW) — New York State Police remind drivers out on the roads in the winter storm that windows and lights on vehicles should be completely clear of snow.
Troopers say it is for your own safety and the safety of all other drivers.
There are several travel advisories and hundreds of closings throughout the area.
