NORTH TONAWANDA, N.Y. (WKBW) — North Tonawanda Mayor Arthur Pappas announced Tuesday he will not be seeking reelection during this year's election cycle.
Pappas has served as Mayor of the City of North Tonawanda since January 1, 2015 and says he hopes to remain active in the community.
