BUFFALO, N.Y. (WKBW) — A 20-year-old North Tonawanda man has pleaded guilty to one count of first-degree manslaughter.
The Erie County District Attorney's Office says in October 2021, the man intentionally shot 19-year-old Donovan Miller with an illegal gun on Larid Avenue in Buffalo.
At the time, the man was 16 years old, and for that reason, his name will not be released.
He faces a maximum of 25 years in prison when he is sentenced on April 22.
