BUFFALO, N.Y. (WKBW) — Charges have been filed against a 38 year-old man for the murder of his mother.
Erie County District Attorney John Flynn announced that Gus D. Oldham of Vernon Place in Buffalo has been charged with murder in the second degree. Oldham allegedly shot and killed his mother, 57 year-old Cheneta Oldham on December 23rd.
Oldham was arraigned in Buffalo City Court on Christmas Eve. He was remanded by a judge.
