BUFFALO, N.Y. (WKBW) — Mayor Byron Brown has announced the curfew in the City of Buffalo has been lifted, effective immediately.
The curfew was announced last week after violence following peaceful protests.

Mayor Brown says he met with members of the community in recent days.
The curfew was originally set to expire Monday morning.
All of Sunday's protests were peaceful.
