NIAGARA FALLS, N.Y. (WKBW) — Niagara Falls police say they've arrested the man for the December 1 homicide of John Bruso at 19th Street and Welch Avenue in Niagara Falls.
Arion Darrell was arrested by police Friday afternoon.
Bruso was shot several times while sitting in a parked car.
Darrell was charged with murder in the second degree and criminal possession of a weapon in the second degree.
Darrell will be arraigned in Niagara Falls City Court.
