BUFFALO, N.Y. (WKBW) — The Niagara Frontier Transportation Authority (NFTA) will resume full bus operations on Tuesday, after being shut down during the lake-effect snowstorm.
The authority is asking riders to reschedule if possible since many local side streets are still in undrivable conditions.
