ALLEGANY COUNTY (WKBW) — New York State Police report a missing vulnerable adult has been located as of Wednesday night.

70-year-old Bradford Forster was last seen on Cloverleaf Road in the Town of New Hudson, Allegany County at 3:30 p.m. Tuesday, September 15. He is described as a white male, 5'8'' tall and 210 pounds, with gray hair and blue eyes.
Forster was driving a 2001 dark blue Chrysler Sebring with New York registration HWL-5881.
Officials say he has a traumatic brain injury and dementia and may be in need of medical attention.
It is believed Forster is in the local area but may travel to Pennsylvania.
