TOWN OF PENDLETON, N.Y. (WKBW) — New York State police say they are investigating a trooper-involved crash in Niagara County.
State police say the trooper was traveling south on Campbell Boulevard in the Town of Pendleton around 2 p.m. when the trooper attempted to make a U-turn to perform a traffic stop.
When the trooper tried making the U-turn a vehicle traveling southbound on Campbell Boulevard was struck.
Police say the operators were taken by an ambulance to a local hospital for minor injuries.
The incident remains under investigation.
