BATAVIA, N.Y. (WKBW) — New York State Police are investigating a deadly crash in the Town of Batavia on Thursday.
It happened just before 3 p.m. on West Main Street and Kelsey Road.
State police say 79-year-old Thomas J. Luby was traveling eastbound on West Main Street when he crossed over the center line and hit a Toyota 4-Runner.
Luby was taken to ECMC, where he later died from his injuries. The driver of the 4-Runner was not injured.
This is an ongoing investigation.
