WILLING, N.Y. (WKBW) — New York State Police is investigating a crash involving an Amish buggy in the Town of Willing on Tuesday.
According to state police, it happened at 1:35 p.m. An investigation found that the horse-drawn buggy was traveling on County Route 29, then turned and crashed into a fully loaded 2009 International logging truck.
The driver, 24-year-old Atlee Miller, was taken to Jones Memorial Hospital, where he later died. The horse had no injuries.
