PORTLAND, N.Y. (WKBW) — New York State police say a deadly collision on State Route 5 in the Town of Portland is under investigation.
According to police, the collision occurred around 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday and State Route 5 will be closed due to the investigation. Detours will be in place.
