New York State Police arrest woman for DWI under Leandra's Law

JAMESTOWN, N.Y. (WKBW) — New York State Police say a 38-year-old woman was arrested for DWI under Leandra's Law in Jamestown Saturday.

According to police, 38-year-old Rachel Fuller of Conewango Valley was pulled over on Route 62 in Jamestown for talking on her cell phone. She was placed under arrest after failing several field sobriety tests.

State police say she provided a breath sample of .16, two children were in the car, a five and six-year-old, they were turned over to a third party.

Fuller is due back in court in June.
