BUFFALO, N.Y. (WKBW) — Some neighbors living on Dearborn Street off Hertel Avenue are frustrated with the bulk trash that’s now littering their streets.

One person who spoke with 7 Eyewitness News says he feels people are getting a head start on bulk trash pick up day.
