BUFFALO, N.Y. (WKBW) — You can still get a workout in even if gyms are not part of the initial Phase Four reopening.

Space by Seneca is putting on yoga classes in Larkin Square every Wednesday at 6 p.m. and Sunday at 9 a.m.

You have to wear a mask when you arrive and need to be at least six feet apart.

"We've been here for a few weeks now, keeping social distancing in mind, and always keeping the health of our clients at top of mind, and so we've certainly grown week over week," said Colleen Hedinger, owner of Space on Seneca. "More people are looking to get out of their homes and back to the routine of having yoga back in their life."

Classes are $15 and you can register by sending a direct message to the Space on Seneca Instagram account, here.
