JAMESTOWN, N.Y. (WKBW) — October 15th marks National I Love Lucy Day, and the National Comedy Center in Jamestown is celebrating by hosting a free virtual trivia event beginning Thursday night at 8.
The event features moments from favorite episodes and surprise appearances from family, friends and colleagues of Lucille Ball and Desi Arnaz.
The day marks the anniversary of CBS’s first broadcast of I Love Lucy in 1951.
Lucille Ball was born in Jamestown and grew up in Celoron.
