(WKBW) — Would you spend two months in bed watching television for free?
How about doing it for $19,000?
NASA researchers are making that offer. They're looking at the effects of "artificial gravity" on the body.
The goal is to see if astronauts who spend a long time in space can benefit from this.
Research participants will watch TV, eat and read. Some will be rotated around as they do this, which will force blood back into their extremities. Others will be staying put.
NASA hopes women between the ages of 24 and 55 will volunteer.
There's a catch -- you have to speak German.
