Just how long do you have to stick with a New Year's resolution anyway?
There are no steadfast rules, but some people might be breaking theirs Friday as part of "Ditch New Year's Resolutions Day."
University of Scranton researchers found while around 40% of Americans make New Year's resolutions, less than half of them will keep their resolutions for six months. Separate reporting from U.S. News indicates 80% of people are done with their resolutions by the middle of February.
