BUFFALO, N.Y. (WKBW) — A Town of Tonawanda woman will spend the next five years on probation, after helping her husband commit a series of robberies in the Northtowns.

46-year-old Heather Jenkins was sentenced on Friday. She admits that between February 25, 2019 and March 11, 2019 she aided her husband, 46-year-old Justin Jenkins, in stealing property from three gas station convenience stores in Amherst and the Town of Tonawanda.

Justin Jenkins was sentenced back in October after admitting to forcibly stealing property from six gas station convenience stores in Amherst, Kenmore and the Town of Tonawanda by pulling a BB gun on staff. He is serving a 20-year prison term.
