ELLICOTTVILLE, N.Y. (WKBW) — A pilot with Mercy Flight is accused of exposing himself during an alleged incident Halloween night.
Greggory Gray was in Ellicottville Town Court Thursday afternoon to face three violations of harassment and one violation of exposure. But, instead of his scheduled arraignment, Judge John Karassik recused himself from the case. No reason was provided. The case will now be moved to a different court. We're told a new location and arraignment date have not been decided.
We have reached out Gray's attorney, Jason DiPasquale, for a comment and additional information, so far we have not heard back.
We spoke with the Executive Vice President of Mercy Flight who told us this is an ongoing personal matter and they prefer not to comment.
