HAMBURG, N.Y. (WKBW) — The Scranton Volunteer Fire Company, AMR, Hamburg police, and other emergency personnel were dispatched during the winter storm in November for reports of a man trapped inside a collapsed garage.
The group was able to use tools to access debris through the 5'0" wall of snow and free the man.
He and his wife visited the Scranton Volunteer Fire Company Wednesday.
