BUFFALO, N.Y. (WKBW) — Buffalo police say a 39-year-old man was seriously injured in an overnight shooting.
The shooting occurred around 3 a.m. on the 200 block of Westminster Avenue in the city's Kensington neighborhood.
The man was transported to ECMC where he is listed in stable condition, there was no information given about a possible suspect.

BPD is investigating an overnight shooting that occurred on Westminster Avenue at approximately 3AM. BPD say a 39-year-old male was struck by gunfire. His injuries appear to be serious in nature. Anyone with information is asked to call the confidential tip line at 716-847-2255.
