Man seriously hurt in shooting on Buffalo's east side

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WKBW) — Buffalo police say a man is seriously hurt following a shooting on the city's east side, Monday morning.

Authorities say the shooting happened around 3:30 a.m. in the area of Jefferson Avenue and Sycamore Street.

A man was then taken to ECMC by an ambulance.

No word on the identity of the person who was hurt.
