BUFFALO, N.Y. (WKBW) — The United States Attorney Office announced Wednesday a man from India was sentenced to 20 years in prison for sexual enticement of a minor.
Officials say 24-year-old Sachin Aji Bhaskar met the 11-year-old victim online and communicated through text messages.
On August 11, 2018 Bhaskar coerced the victim to have sex with him, acccording to the U.S. Attorney's Office Bhaskar picked up the victim at a residence in Buffalo and took the victim to an apartment in Williamsville.
When the victim returned home the following morning, the victim's mother called the police after discovering what happened.
