DAYTON, N.Y. (WKBW) — The Cattaraugus County Sheriff's Office says a 22-year-old male is dead following a single-vehicle crash Saturday.
According to the sheriff's office, the male was traveling eastbound on East Leon Road near Wolf Road in the Town of Dayton when he lost control of the vehicle on a curve and struck a tree.
The vehicle suffered extensive damage and the 22-year-old male was pronounced dead at the scene, the sheriff's office says.
The investigation is ongoing, his identity has not been released.
