CHARLOTTE, N.Y. (WKBW) — A Sinclairville man has died after the pickup truck he was driving rear-ended a manure spreader being hauled by a tractor.
The crash happened Wednesday at about 9:40 p.m. on Charlotte Center Road in Charlotte, said deputies with the Chautauqua County Sheriff's Office.
The victim has been identified as 64-year-old Jack Abbey. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
The investigation into what happened remains ongoing.
