CHEEKTOWAGA, N.Y. (WKBW) — Niagara Frontier Transportation Authority (NFTA) police are investigating an incident at the Buffalo Niagara International Airport Friday afternoon.
Around 12:30 Friday afternoon a 21-year-old man jumped over the fence at the airport and made his way onto the runway, a spokesperson says he was quickly apprehended and taken into custody.
The man faces criminal trespass charges at this time. No further information was released.
