BASOM, N.Y. (WKBW) — A man is facing charges after allegedly throwing a bag of feces onto another vehicle.
The Genesee County Sheriff's Office says 45-year-old Paul Orrie Doctor was arrested Thursday after allegedly throwing a bag of feces onto another vehicle causing what the sheriff's office described as a "substantial inconvenience."
According to the sheriff's office the incident occurred at the Two Eagles Smoke Shop on the Tonawanda Indian Reservation in Basom, N.Y.
Doctor was charged with criminal tampering in the third degree and issued an appearance ticket to return to court at a later date.
