VILLAGE OF WARSAW, N.Y. (WKBW) — An Arcade man was arrested after police say he drove to the Wyoming County Jail to bond out an inmate.
Police say 32-year-old Andrew Kubicki had an active warrant for his arrest. According to police, Kubicki drove to the jail with a suspended license. His license has a total of six suspensions.
He was charged with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation and was issued a ticket. In a previous incident, police say Kubicki was charged with drug possession.
Kubicki was turned over to the Arcade Police Department.
