COLLINS, N.Y. (WKBW) — The Erie County Sheriff's Office is investigating a deadly motorcycle crash in the Town of Collins.
The sheriff's office said patrol units responded to a call just after 4 p.m, Wednesday about a man found on the ground near a motorcycle in the area of 4040 Zoar Valley Road.
The 68-year-old man from Derby was airlifted by Mercy Flight to Bertrand Chaffee Hospital, where he later died.
An investigation into the crash is ongoing.
