BUFFALO, NY (WKBW) — A Buffalo man is now facing criminal charges, accused of selling fentanyl and heroin that caused the deaths of two people.

Prosecutors say 23 year old Nino Buggs has been indicted for possession and distribution of drugs.

Police say he sold the drugs that killed one person in March of 2017, and another in August of the same year.

If convicted, Buggs could face anywhere from 20 years to life behind bars.

Police say a search of his home on Roesch Avenue in Buffalo also turned up large amounts of heroin and fentanyl.
