BUFFALO, N.Y. (WKBW) — A Buffalo man was charged with one count of second degree murder Monday following a fatal stabbing on Amherst Street.
The Erie County District Attorney's Office says 75-year-old Donald P. McCoy allegedly stabbed his girlfriend to death inside their apartment on the 800 block of Amherst Street on December 3.
55-year-old Adele Oliver-Reese was pronounced dead at the scene.
McCoy was remanded without bail and is due back in court December 11. He faces a maximum of 25 years to life in prison.
