ORCHARD PARK, N.Y. (WKBW) — The Orchard Park Police Department arrested a man around 10 PM on Wednesday.
53-year-old Dennis Orlow was driving in the Village of Orchard Park during a State of Emergency and travel ban. According to police, he was found driving eastbound in the westbound traffic of School Street.
After investigation, Orlow was found to be intoxicated. Police say his vehicle was impounded and he was returned to the Orchard Park Police Department where he refused to take a breath test.
Orlow was released on bail and will return to court at a future date to face charges of DWI, violating a driving ban and a failure to keep right.
