TOWN OF TONAWANDA, N.Y. (WKBW) — A 29-year-old man is facing several charges after he was allegedly intoxicated behind the wheel when he crashed with his two young children inside the vehicle.
Town of Tonawanda Police say Reginald X. Williams hit a fence and then a house on Delaware Road, Monday night.
Williams and his two children were not injured but police say about $10,000 in damages was done to the homeowner's property.
Police say Williams failed a field sobriety test and refused to take a chemical test. Williams is now facing felony DWI charges for having a child under 15 in the vehicle as well as criminal possession of a controlled substance, criminal mischief and endangering the welfare of a child charges.
